Not only did he fit the door closers, he actually tested them and found the door was scraping along the floor and so spent time sawing the bottom so it closed perfectly.

He made good the other failed repair of the brush strips and improved the various seals around the door too.

He also went out of his way to properly repair the upstairs toilet door ( a failed repair on another job number) , rather than just tighten the screws which were spinning in their holes, hope for the best and then leave.

He was courteous, friendly and a total professional.

I hope this will reach Anthony so he gets the appreciation he deserves.’
