As we are sure you are aware, Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been putting increased pressure on businesses across the UK. We wanted to share our commitment to maintaining continuity and assuring you that whilst we take steps to ensure the safety of our staff, engineers and clients, we are able to remain focused on our service to you and business.
To ensure the COVID-19 crisis will not impact Design and Management Group, here are the companywide measures and positive action that we have taken:
Following official guidelines: Our offices are strictly adhering to all guidelines from Public Health England and the World Health Organisation (WHO), and our staff/engineers are taking all preventative measures seriously.
Travel restrictions: We love travelling to meet our customers, for the time being, we will be taking extra precautions within the office and on site by greeting from a distance and making sure that we keep equipment, vehicles and tool well sanitised. We will also be looking to arrange all site meetings via conference calls and video technology to ensure all travel undertaken by the company is essential travel only.
Managing employee/engineer illness: If an employee’s/engineers, or a family member, are diagnosed with the virus, our Senior Management team will be immediately notified and the company will fully enforce all of the guidelines outlined by the NHS and Public Health England.
