We are currently looking for a number of additional multi trade engineers who are located in and around the North West side of the M25.

This is a permanent position where we supply a van, fuel card, uniform and PPE.

You will need to be able to work to a high standard in a mainly light commercial environment with excellent customer service skills and ideally have prior experience of reactive maintenance

Duties will include carpentry, basic roofing, fencing, brickwork, patch plastering, tiling and painting.

You will be expected to work on your own using your own initiative as well as along side our existing engineers. You also need to be able to carry out surveys when required and discuss relevant options with our office based surveyors.

Basic hours 45 per week Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities

20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Full UK driving licence

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reactive Plumbing / Gas Engineer to carry out the PPM and Reactive activities in accordance with our contractual agreements.

D&M are an expanding maintenance contractor covering retail, service and the hospitality sectors, offering a 24/7, 365 day a year service. The role will require both in and out of hours working including a rolling call out rota for evenings and weekends.
