We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our well established building and maintenance company based in Bexley Kent. Whilst the role is permanent, we are looking for a minimum of 25 hours per week spread over 5 days – Monday to Friday.
Candidate needs to have good communication and organisational skills including the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. The position requires a methodical approach with high attention to accuracy whilst using Sage Line 50 and MS office, knowledge of these, as well as previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Duties will include but not be limited to
• Bank reconciliations
• Entering Bank payments
• Input of Supplier invoices
• Supplier reconciliations
• Engineers Payroll (desired but not essential)
• Engineer expenses
• Engineer Payroll deductions
• Entering Customer receipts
• Entering Subcontractor invoices
• Entering Credit card transactions and reconciling to statement
Job Types: Part Time – 25 Hours a week
Salary: Pro rata £26,000.00 per year
