Fire Escape Stairway

D&M Group were tasked with the replacement of the rotten and damaged fire escape stairway, which had a history of animal and pest infestation. The job was complicated as the works had to be planned around ensuring alternative escape routes where available at all time. D&M engineers managed to solve multiple issues and problem solve by collaborating & communication with the site staff throughout. Once the stairwell was installed, security measures were added under the stairwell to future proof against further pest ingress. The engineers then finished it off by decorating to match the existing building specifications. Overall, a job D&M and our engineers can be proud of.
