Health & Safety
At D&M Group we strive to the highest standards of health and safety. We have our own in-house Health and Safety Manager, David Goodwin, who has over 15 years’ experience working within the construction health and safety field. As a consequence of a strong health and safety culture within D&M we have gained and maintained a range of health and safety accreditations including; Achilles, Altius, Safe Contractor, CHAS and Constructionline
Risk Management
Before all works are undertaken an assessment of the pertinent risks is undertaken to ensure all activities commence in a safe manner and to the highest standards. Engineers are then provided with the Risk and COSHH assessments and receive regular training to maintain the safety of themselves and others. D&M operates with an ‘open door’ policy with regards to safety concerns with all issues raised to the Group Health and Safety Manager to escalate and deal with in the correct and appropriate manner.
D&M have invested and developed their own health and safety management system for engineers to utilise on site ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety and maintained.
