Hotel Chain County Hall

For this case, D&M worked with one of the UK’s largest Hotel chains in one of the most prestigious locations, County Hall – which is the place to be during Christmas and New Year. Unfortunately, our client’s boiler plant failed on Christmas Eve (with a fully booked hotel!). As a result, D&M was tasked with providing a temporary solution until the hotel’s busy Christmas bookings lessened to which they would need to provide a more substantial solution. Following this, our engineers immediately attended site and temporarily got plant back up and running, and with non-stop 24hr duty share attendance, managed to keep the boiler plant operational throughout the busy Christmas period. As soon as it was convenient for our clients, we started developing a more long-term solution to the boiler issues, our engineers then replaced all heating plant and pipework whilst nursing the old plant through to its completion. Our staff were complimented greatly for our immediate response time and ability to help maintain the flourishing business of their own.
