This project in particular was very complex, our D&M staff were tasked with the removal of existing 30-year-old full fresh air AHU and associated condensers, which was to be completed in normal working hours, all whilst the pub continued to trade throughout. As such, extensive planning and preparation was made to ensure no hindrance was made to the pub whilst our engineers progressed on the project. After planning meticulously, our project specialists were able to remove the old existing AHU and condensers, and then crane on a new bespoke ECE full heat recovery AHU with Mitsubishi condensers complete with a new delta controls system. We also installed new safety barriers and access. The project was completely managed by D&M from a CDM point of view with complete success and no loss of earnings for the pub. Despite the challenging nature of this project, our D&M staff worked diligently to complete the entire project within three weeks.
