For this case, D&M Group were approached by a client in Barnwood, tasked with both the supply and Installation of three Carrier Heat Pump Chillers, complete with Crane lift for a Business-Critical Data Centre. Upon our consultation meeting with our client, they had outlined their preferred timeframe of six weeks. In the light of this, our skilled D&M staff planned all of the necessary works in alignment with our client’s specified requirements, until we were equipped with a thorough outline of the structure of the project. For instance, this was evident when our engineers were seen supplying and installing new steel pipework, insulation, controls, electrical and site management – all whilst over a very harsh winter period. But despite the weather and the scale of the project, our staff were still able to work efficiently and completed all works to an exceptional standard, within the desired deadline. From this alone, it demonstrates our staff’s drive and dedication to ensure customer satisfaction by always meeting progress goals and thereby meeting the needs of our clients.
