D&M was asked to assist with the restoration of the interior of a property that had suffered significant water damage. D&M worked with the client to identify all the areas which needed action, a clear specification was agreed upon, and works undertaken within a strict timescale to allow for the pub to be back open and trading as quickly as possible.
The project involved the undertaking of repirs to the wall and ceiling structure, removal and replacement of damaged tongue and groove cladding, as well as preparing and redecorating the ceiling and walls and replacement of the vent cover. The aim was to restore the property’s structural integrity, comply with new specifications, and improve its overall appeal.
A great effort by the whole team involved and a massive thank you to our engineers for completing the works on time and to a really high standard.
