D&M were tasked with a project which involved the removal and replacement of a staircase, including decking with handrails and refix yellow anti slip stair nosings. Due to the multiple stages involved with this case, engineers worked closely with the client to ensure that the specification was met to their exact vision as well as ensuring safety around the working area. Thus, they first barriered off the work area, cut out damaged external stairs, (retaining top anti-slip edging/nosing as requested). Then they dug out 2x timber posts in paving area and set them in place securely with postcrete. They then set a new stair stringer in place along with a new handrail, painted the area and installed anti-slip tread covers to each step for extra security. Until finally removing all waste from the site. The D&M engineers were complimented on their diligence and devotion to ensuring this project was as per the vision of Manor Farm.
